Zhejiang Zhongwujiuding Incubator Technology Co., Ltd. (http://www.caep-nb.com) was founded through joint investment of Sichuan Zhongwu Caep-Tech Co.,Ltd. Zhejiang Jiuding Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Xinpeng Copper Material Group Co., Ltd. in December, 2008. The company has set up a platform to encourage the bilateral technical exchange between the military and the people through innovation and entrepreneurship by sharing scientific and technological resources with China Academy of Engineering Physics, so as to follow the national strategy of integrating military with civilian purposes and combining military efforts with civilian support.

By making use of scientific and technological resources from China Academy of Engineering Physics, Jiuding provides customers with technology services, technology development, incubator running and business training in services and investments in order to help them with the up-grading of technology innovation ability. A military-civilian combined technological application research base will be built in three to five years, with Ningbo as its center and having its business expanded across the Yangtze River Delta region.
